Hoa anh đào ở đây là loại Đậu Anh Đào, có nguồn gốc từ châu Mỹ, mỗi năm chỉ có 1 mùa hoa vào đúng mùa xuân. Hiện nay, hoa anh đào đang bắt đầu nở rộ ở Waterland Suối Thạch Lâm và sẽ kéo dài đến Tết Nguyên đán, trở thành một sản phẩm du lịch mới lạ cho du khách.
